  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details (if applicable).

Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to most cities and towns across India. If your delivery address is in a remote or restricted area, we will inform you in advance.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Charges vary based on order value, location, and product size. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping may be offered on select products or during promotions (subject to terms).

For large modular items requiring special handling or installation, additional logistics fees may apply and will be communicated before dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Products: 5–10 business days

  • Customized/Modular Furniture: 10–25 business days depending on the scope of customization and destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as location, availability, order volume, or unforeseen delays.

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive tracking details via email or SMS (if available).

  • Deliveries are typically made between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

For bulky or modular products, our delivery team may contact you to schedule a suitable delivery window.

Installation Services

Installation (if applicable) is offered only in select cities and may require prior appointment after delivery. Our support team will contact you to coordinate.

Note: Please ensure the delivery area is accessible and prepared for receiving large products (e.g., elevators, door width, etc.).

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High demand during festive periods

  • Supply chain issues

  • Weather conditions or logistical challenges

In case of any delays, our team will proactively update you.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is:

  • Damaged: Please report within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos via email or WhatsApp.

  • Lost in transit: Contact us and we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

We strongly recommend inspecting the product at the time of delivery before signing the delivery receipt.
